RECIPE: YUMCHI Fried Rice (Vegan option without Egg) 💥

Serves 4


300g rice

3 tbp sesame oil

1 tbsp Gochujyan chilli paste (available at Asian shops)

1 300g pouch YUMCHI Traditional Napa Kimchi



1. Cook rice as instructions on pack.

2. Heat 3 tbsp sesame oil in wok or frying pan on high heat.

3. Add 300g YUMCHI Traditional Napa Kimchi and 1 tbsp Gochujyan chilli paste. Mix well.

4. Add cooked rice and mix well until all ingredients dispersed equally.

5. Serve with choice of fresh vegetables like sprouts, shredded cabbage and a protein like tofu or egg!
